Safe Arrival relies on private user information in the forms of personal phone contacts and GPS location information to provide the primary service of the application. Safe Arrival utilizes Google Inc. Maps services and as such adheres to Google Inc. Privacy Policy. The Google Inc Privacy Policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. Information collected, transmitted, and shared by Safe Arrival or AjjStudio (henceforth known as ‘We’) is outlined below in the privacy policy. Using the Safe Arrival application constituent agreement and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use outlined below. Using the application also constitutes agreement and acknowledgement with the Google Inc. Privacy Policy. We do not have advertisements in this application and the services and functionality of the application is provided freely. We provide Safe Arrival as a free application and assume no liability for any of the services provided. By using Safe Arrival the user acknowledges and agrees to the Safe Arrival terms of use. The user assumes all responsibility for using the Safe Arrival application.
Information We Access
The Safe Arrival application uses user data including personal phone contact information pertaining to contact names and phone numbers as well as user GPS data when the application is running. Safe Arrival uses this information to provide the intended functionality and services of the application. GPS information is only accessed in two situations: (1) when the application is launched to determine the current user location; (2) when a route is active and the messaging service needs to determine when to send.
Information Shared and Transmitted
Safe Arrival does not share or transmit any user information regarding phone contacts or GPS data with any other sources. GPS data may be shared/ transmitted by Google Inc. Users are deferred to the Google Inc. privacy policy for information on how Google shares/transmits user information.
